is Camp?
Holiday/Break
Camp is programming that is offered during certain school closure days. When the school year ends, the Madison Summer Club is offered.
General
information regarding Camp:
-
The
cost for camp is $31.50 per day for all grades, including ECP (preschool)
-
You
may pick and choose, selecting only those days that you need care for
-
Payment
is due in full for the days that you select
-
You
can register for all camps at once or register for each camp as they approach
-
The
cost of camp includes lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, and any scheduled
fieldtrips
If
you are not a regular participant of the Community Education Program:
-
You
must pay the $35.00 registration fee
-
Complete
Emergency Blue Card, Data Sheet, and submit immunizations
Important
reminders regarding camps:
-
Registration
is on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here for a registration form. Space is limited. You may register for
camp beginning August 15, 2009 at the District Office.
You can fax in your registration form to 602-664-7998 and we will send you an
invoice via email to pay for camp.

A
minimum number of registered students will be required to offer camp.
-
Fees
for camps are not included in the MAC or Early Childhood Program tuition.

Only
the parent or legal guardian may register a child for any Madison Community
Education Program.

Payment
for unused camp days will be forfeited unless you notify us prior to the
first day of camp; we will then credit your account.

All accounts must be up to date in
order to attend camp.
